What you'll learn in each course

Work violence training courses

  • Workplace Violence (20 minutes) shows how to prevent violence in your work and respond safely to aggression
  • Coworker Confrontations  (20 minutes) raises awareness of common forms of workplace violence, warning signs, and your responsibilities in preventing incidents

Workplace stress training

  • Workplace Stress (25 minutes).  This course looks at the concept of stress management for daily work schedules and entrepreneurial activity.  Learn to better identify stressful situations and how to cope with them.

Drugs & alcohol training courses

  • Drugs and Alcohol in the Workplace (120 minutes) covers the relevant FMCSA regulations, signs and symptoms of drug and alcohol use, and how testing determinations are made.
  • Alcohol in the Workplace (60 minutes) FMCSA-compliant course focused on alcohol-related information.
  • Drugs in the Workplace (60 minutes) FMCSA-compliant course focused on drug-related information.
  • Dealing with drug and alcohol abuse (20 minutes) presents the hazards of substance abuse and how you can avoid them.

Anti-harassment training courses

  • State-Specific Training is available for workers in CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, ME, MD, NY, OR, TX, VT – as well as a multi-state option for workers in all other states.  (35 minutes except for CA-60 min. and CT-120 min). Each of these courses satisfies state standards for training on inappropriate behavior and unlawful harassment in the workplace, including strategies on how to recognize, prevent, and appropriately report harassment.
  • Preventing Sexual Harassment (20 minutes) provides a shorter overview and shows how to deal with harassment effectively if it occurs.
